A minor inconvenience for eBay sellers has been the way it generates reports and the fact that it does not give you a total for sales tax collected for your state. I made this small app to take your eBay orders report for the quarter and calculate the total sales by state, which makes it easy to fill out your total state sales and fill out your sales tax quarterly fillings.
To get your report go to your eBay Seller Hub, click the Reports tab, click the download option, click Download Report, select report source of Orders, select report type Paid and Shipped, select date range of the quarter you want data for such as 1st quarter of 2026 would be from January 1, 2026 to March 3w, 2026. Then “upload” the file here (PLEASE NOTE: THE FILE IS PROCESSED LOCALLY ON YOUR COMPUTER IN THE BROWSER AND NEVER LEAVES YOUR COMPUTER OR GOES TO MY SERVER, SO YOUR DATA AND CUSTOMER PRIVACY IS NEVER AT ANY RISK OF BEING COMPROMISED).

How to get your report:
- Go to eBay Seller Hub > Reports > Download.
- Select Source: Orders | Type: Paid and Shipped.
- Select your desired date range and download the CSV.
